We are seeking a hard working, ethical individual to join our M&A deal team who is interested in being groomed into an M&A professional (dealmaker) over time.
The selected candidate will work closely with senior deal makers and clients, will be responsible for supporting every aspect of a transaction, and will be relied upon to perform various business development and administrative tasks.
While some of the activities are financial in nature, this is NOT a financial modeling/ spreadsheet-intensive position.
Candidates will ideally have one to three years of post-undergraduate work experience, preferably in an M&A or related role. Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills, an “I’ll get it done” attitude, demonstrated organizational and time management skills, a high level of initiative, a high degree of comfort using Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work with and contribute to a dynamic team.
