We are looking for a strategic, organized, friendly, and self-motivated Affiliate Manager. The ideal candidate must have experience in online marketing as well as passion for innovation, integrity, and the internet.The main responsibility will be to grow clients affiliate programs and media partnerships. The Affiliate Manager will identify potential website partners for multiple clients, approach and negotiate deal terms (focusing on Cost Per Acquisition and Cost Per Lead), and manage relationships with publishers affiliates ongoing. Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit websites to work with various clients on a pay-for-performance basis. (CPA, CPL, Hybrid)
• Manage publisher relationships across multiple clients.
• Frequent communication with top publishers to motivate and drive sales
• Weekly client calls with account team
• Work with Account team to analyze each client’s performance data for optimization purposes
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of online direct marketing experience, preferably in the performance marketing space
• Minimum 1 year experience managing online affiliate marketing campaigns
• Prior experience using affiliate tracking systems such as Commission Junction, Google Affiliate Network, or LinkShare a big plus
• Self Motivated, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Must be able to juggle multiple responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Sense of humor & ability to work under pressure
• Ability to excel in a team based environment
• Experience in affiliate marketing, PPC search marketing, and website optimization
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams required.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four year, accredited college or university
